Deepavali countdown: the packer as shopping services provider

As Deepavali approaches, shops that traditionally packed and shipped sweets, dresses and other festive items brought to them by customers, to addresses within India and abroad, might now be shopping for those items before having them packed. These are customers who would be strapped for time and expect the packing and shipping services provider to take care of the shopping component as well for an additional fee. K.M.
