IOC says crude Q2 price volatile as procurement swings between discounts and premiums
Crude oil prices remained highly volatile in the September-end quarter with procurement carried out varyingly at both discounts and premiums, Anuj Jain, Director (Finance) at Indian Oil told investors in a post-results call Saturday.
