Regularisation fee for unauthorised land divisions in MUDA limits reduced to 1% from 15%

Mangaluru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) Chairman Santhosh Kumar Shetty on Thursday, said the government has agreed to reduce the regularisation fee for unauthorised land divisions registered before March 26, 2011, to 1% from the earlier 15% of the guidance value.
