Chhattisgarh High Court has held that a woman working as a guest lecturer cannot be denied maternity leave salary merely because she is not a regular employee. Justice Bibhu Datta Guru directed the State authorities to decide Pushpa Jaiswal's claim for unpaid maternity salary, preferably within three months.
